Strong Black what? Girl, Black women are tired! In this journal I guide you through various prompts that explore the origin of the “Strong Black Woman” and ways to put her to sleep so that we can get some rest. The questions affirm the fact that being strong is exhausting and this is our time to figure out how to incorporate rest into our lives.
